Todd joined the company in January 2004 and oversees the overall management of hotel operations. Prior to coming to ZMC, Todd held senior-level management positions in the hospitality, telecommunications, and government fields. He has chaired the Great Lakes Aquarium and has been a board member of United Way of Greater Duluth, Duluth YMCA, and the Duluth Convention and Visitors Bureau.
