JoAnn joined ZMC in 1997 and is responsible for employee issues concerning company benefits, workers' compensation and unemployment claims, and any other legal matters relating to personnel issues. She also monitors all guest and property insurance matters. JoAnn is a member of the Northland Human Resource Association and is a 2007 graduate of Leadership Duluth.  She has been an active member of Junior League of Duluth and currently serves as its President.
