The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for all aspects preventive and regular hotel maintenance and repairs, maintaining a clean and organized maintenance shop and for the security of hotel inventory and assets. Some travel is required and generally encompasses occasional pick up of supplies, attendance at brand-sponsored and corporate-sponsored training /events.

Requirements:

• 2 years of successful experience in hotel/building maintenance
• Ability to lead hotel renovations and ensure timely completion of projects within budget.
• Ability to access, read and accurately input information using a computer system and software.
• Ability to lead and supervise maintenance staff, plan and assign work and establish performance goals.
• Ability to listen effectively and to speak English clearly to communicate with guests, clients and team members, and prepare written reports.
• Must be a team player with the ability to work independently.

The Sales Manager is responsible for all aspects of the sales and marketing function, and has individual sales goals in addition to leadership responsibilities. The candidate will be responsible for revenue production for the hotel to meet and exceed planned revenue objectives for occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR, as well as maintaining a positive relationship with clients and achieving complete guest satisfaction. Some travel is required and generally encompasses daily outside sales calls, attendance at brand-sponsored and corporate-sponsored training / events.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of successful experience in hotel sales
• Skilled in the use of Opera PMS and Holidex Plus
• Proficient computer skills
• Basic mathematical and calculator skills to prepare cost proposals
• Ability to access, read and accurately input information using a computer system and software
• Experience in preparing forecasts, budgets and marketing plans
• Ability to listen effectively and to speak English clearly to communicate with guests, clients and team members, and prepare written reports.
• Must be a team player with the ability to work independently.
