Hall Equities Group is pleased to announce that it has acquired 699 Ygnacio in Downtown Walnut Creek. This infill development site consisting of just less than one acre, is located at the very high profile corner of Civic Drive and Ygnacio Valley Boulevard in Downtown Walnut Creek.

The site is presently used as a fuel station, and Hall Equities Group will be discontinuing that use immediately. This extremely prominent parcel is located on the high ground at the southwest corner of the intersection, where an estimated 130,000 vehicles per day pass by.
