The Hampton Inn & Suites Phoenix/Scottsdale enjoys a prime location, situated near the Scottsdale airport, the Mayo Clinic, and some of the best shopping and dining in the Valley. Next year, guests will also be able to enjoy a newly renovated property.
Hall Equities Group and ZMC Hotels have begun property improvements to the hotel including minor updates in guest rooms, major updates to the front desk, Suite Shop convenience store, and meeting spaces, and new carpet in hallway corridors. A major face-lift to the exterior of the building including fresh paint, enhanced landscaping and pool area, and reworking of the entrance canopy will result in a more streamlined design and enhance the guest experience upon arrival.
The hotel will remain open throughout the renovation. Completion is scheduled for February 2017.
